1. Introducción a los Sensores de Radio AMF
Los sensores de radio AMF utilizan tecnología inalámbrica para optimizar procesos de producción automatizados, empleando Bluetooth Low Energy 4.0 para una transmisión eficiente y un diseño compacto.

2. Principio de Funcionamiento
Los sensores transmiten datos de manera inalámbrica desde unidades emisoras a una pasarela, que se conecta al control de la máquina, permitiendo una integración fluida en sistemas de producción.

3. Componentes Principales
  • Pasarela (Gateway): Recibe señales de las unidades emisoras y las transmite al control de la máquina, soportando hasta 8 entradas y salidas.
  • Unidades Emisoras: Transmiten datos de sensores a la pasarela con un rango de señal de aproximadamente 10 metros.
  • Interruptores de Presión: Monitorean la presión en circuitos hidráulicos y transmiten el estado a la pasarela.


4. Aplicaciones y Uso
Se pueden montar en mesas de máquinas y sistemas de almacenamiento, adecuados para temperaturas de +5 a +65 °C.

5. Accesorios
  • Extensión de Antena: Mejora la transmisión y recepción de señales.
  • Baterías de Repuesto y Sellos: Aseguran protección contra agua y polvo (IP67).
  • Router WLAN: Facilita el acceso a la interfaz web para monitorear la pasarela.

With the reed switch the position of the cylinder piston is scanned in the clamping element and transmitted by the connected sender unit wirelessly to the gateway. Integrated support control by built-in microswitches in the fixture. Once the workpiece is mounted, the release is transmitted wirelessly to the gateway and machine control via the sender unit.

Hydraulic pressure monitoring by means of the integrated radio pressure switch. This monitors in this case the system pressure of the hydraulic zero point clamping station.
