Slides for drilling Carros de perforación SLIDES FOR VERTICAL DRILLING CARRO PARA PERFORACIÓN VERTICAL The drilling slide is manufactured giving privilege to strength and to utilization simplicity and it can be assembled on each kind of excavator from from 3300 to 11000 lbs (SL150) and from from 6600 to 22000 lbs (SL200). El carro de perforación está construido privilegiando la robustez y simplicidad de utilización, y se puede instalar en cualquier tipo de excavadora de 1.500 a 5.000 kg (SL150) y de 3.000 a 10.000 kg (SL200). The slide is supplied complete with a push-button panel which allows to control the rotation direction of the head and the ascent/descent of the drilling head. An hydraulic reduction gear placed on the top of the slide allows the ascent and the descent of the drilling head. It is possible to effect drillings with the following tecniques: • drillings with flight augers with bits for alluvial soils and with bits for stony/rocky soils with hexagonal coupling or with threaded coupling • drillings with milled tooth bits and 3 way drag bits • drillings with down-the-hole hammer and corings Las técnicas de perforación utilizables son las siguientes: • con varillas helicoidales, con brocas para terrenos normales y para terrenos pedregosos-rocosos; • con conexiones hexagonales o roscadas; • con brocas tricónicas y de arrastre; • con martillo de fondo y sondeos. ¡g gs SIS DOUBLE RIG FOR DRILLING AND PILE DRIVING The double rig for drilling and pile driving enables the driving of large piles (up to 40 ft in length and 13.77” in diameter) into very hard or frozen terrain.The particular structure of the double rig enables a 40 ft pre-hole to be made without mounting and dismounting extensions. After drilling, it is possible to move the second rig to the drilling axis immediately.
