MOTOR FLEXIBLE COUPLING ACOPLAMIENTO ELÁSTICO PARA MOTORES The flexible coupling for use between VARVEL gearboxes and IEC/NEMA motors provides a versatile alternative solution to standard key and keyway couplings without increasing the overall length of the assembled gearmotor. The coupling consists of three parts: a gearbox half coupling in steel, machined in one piece with the input shaft (the worm in the case of worm gearboxes or the shaft in the case of other gearboxes), a high temperature resistant elastic ring in polyarylamide and a motor half coupling in die-cast aluminium (optionally in steel). In addition to speeding up stock rotation at VARVEL, the flexible coupling also offers numerous technical advantages including the possibility of using one single gearbox per reduction ratio, greater versatility, improved torsional rigidity, reduced vibration and fretting between key and keyway, and the elimination of backlash in the coupling between gearbox and motor. El acoplamiento elástico de conexión entre el reductor VARVEL y motores IEC/ NEMA representa una solución flexible y alternativa al montaje standard con chaveta, sin aumento de la dimensión global del motorreductor. El acople está compuesto por tres elementos: un semi-acople riductor en acero realizado integralmente con eje de entrada (vis sin fin en los reductores de tornillo sin fin o manguito de entrada en los reductores de engranajes), un anillo elástico in poliarilamide resistente a las elevadas oscilaciones térmicas y un semi-acople motor en aluminio inyectado o acero (sobre demanda). Además de consentir a VARVEL un aumento de la rotación del stock, el acoplamiento elástico garantiza, desde un punto de vista técnico, numerosas ventajas, entre ellas: la utilización de un sólo reductor por relación de reducción, un aumento de la flexibilidad y de la rigidez torsional, una reducción de las vibraciones y del rozamiento entre chaveta y sede chaveta, como así también, cero juego en la conexión entre
